The tenement house was built in the years 1909-1912 according to the design of Józef Napoleon Czerwiński, it was built as a six-story and two-yard building. It had a richly decorated façade and a top floor hidden in a mansard roof. The tenement house had two front elevations - from the north and from the east, where there was a small square.
The tenement house was damaged during the Second World War. The front building was rebuilt with a very simplified facade and the eastern facade was removed.
