Basia Knap

Basia holds a degree in Sociology and has been actively involved in the real estate market for many years. She is an experienced real estate agent specializing in the sale and rental of apartments, flats, and houses in Warsaw and its surroundings. She works with both the primary and secondary markets. She gained extensive client service experience through various roles, including working in radio, television, the District Court in Rzeszów, as a bank manager, and a marketing manager. For over 20 years, she served as the development manager of the pancake restaurant chain *Nasz Naleśnik*, which she co-created and expanded throughout Poland. The experience she acquired in management and customer relations now serves her well in real estate, where she offers comprehensive support at every stage of a transaction. She works with both individual clients and investors, providing professional advice and a personalized approach to each deal. Basia loves people and values direct contact with clients. She builds lasting relationships, knows how to listen, and offers sound guidance. She is someone you can always rely on. Privately, she is passionate about all forms of sport. She graduated from a sports school and played basketball for eight years. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, preferably in nature or traveling—both within Poland and abroad.
